Customer Service Specialist
BNR Consulting is a niche marketing consulting firm specializing in ecommerce.
We are looking for a customer service specialist to help us maintain wonderful relationships with our customers. If you are passionate about helping people, extremely organized and have a desire to learn, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Direct customer email relations
- Processing customer requests and complaints
- Data entry and tracking
*All communication is done via email
Requirements:
- Familiarity with GSuite
- Motivated
- Passionate about customer service and relations
- Energetic
- Quick learning
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer success experience - a plus
*This is an in office position from our Jerusalem City Center offices.
