Customer Service Specialist


BNR Consulting is a niche marketing consulting firm specializing in ecommerce. 

We are looking for a customer service specialist to help us maintain wonderful relationships with our customers. If you are passionate about helping people, extremely organized and have a desire to learn, this role is for you!


Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer email relations
  • Processing customer requests and complaints
  • Data entry and tracking

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with GSuite
  • Motivated
  • Passionate about customer service and relations
  • Energetic
  • Quick learning
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
  • Customer success experience - a plus
